Mz. Rehab Lab values your time and reserves appointment times specifically for each client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

A client who does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not provide notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client's appointment can begin on time.

The full scheduled service price may still apply.

Packages

Package sessions must be used within the applicable package period.

Package sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Mz. Rehab Lab.

Package terms may vary by promotion or service.

Emergency Circumstances

Mz. Rehab Lab understands that emergencies happen. Individual circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the business.
